1 / Pickup Days

Trash and Recyclables is picked up every Wednesday

Bulk Trash is picked up monthly on the second full week of the month

2 / Recyclables

We CAN RECYCLE paper and cardboard; tin cans (rinsed out but the labels can stay on); glass (rinsed out but the labels can stay on); and plastic (rinsed out). Cardboard boxes must be broken down flat. These items can be loosely placed (not in trash bags) in the blue can provided by the City.

 

We CANNOT RECYCLE plastic bags, Styrofoam, hoses, wires, electronics, clothing, diapers, and cans of paint.  

3 / Landscaping Materials

 They must be in an approved tall paper bag and placed out on our regular trash day. The City WILL NOT pick up leaves in clear plastic bags.

Rules

Below is a list of all the rules of the HOA that have been filed with Tarrant County Clerks Office.

Rule 1

No rubbish, trash, construction materials, or debris of any kind shall be dumped or placed upon any common area to render the same unsanitary, unsightly, or offensive. Doing any of the forementioned will be deemed a nuisance.  

Rule 2

No rubbish, trash, construction materials, or debris of any kind shall be dumped or placed upon any portion of an owner’s lot so as to render the same unsanitary, unsightly or offensive, except for the week of bulk trash pickup. Doing any of the forementioned will be deemed a nuisance. 

Rule 3

It shall be the duty and responsibility of each homeowner to clean up after their animals which have deposited droppings on any portion of the Homeowner’s Associations Property. Droppings must be cleaned up immediately and in a sanitary manner. Droppings that are not cleaned up immediately and in a sanitary manner will be deemed a nuisance. 

Rule 4

No animal shall be allowed to annoy residents unreasonably or substantially interfere with the quiet enjoyment of others. Any barking, yelping, whining, or howling of more than 30 minutes in a one-hour period will be deemed a nuisance. 

Rule 5

Grass or weeds in a homeowner’s front lawn higher than 12” will be deemed a nuisance.

Rule 6

Any weeds or grass in the backyard that reaches the height of the fence will be deemed a nuisance.

Rule 7

Any property owner who obstructs the painting of fire lanes, whether by parking vehicles or through other means, will be considered negligent. A special assessment will be imposed on the negligent owner(s), equal to the contractor's return fee, and divided equally among the owners responsible for the obstructions.

Rule 8

Trash cans left out later than the end of each Thursday may be considered a nuisance and subject to fines or warnings. 

Rule 9

Cars parked on fire lanes will be towed at the owners expense

Rule 10

Junk cars will be tagged and given 45 days to remove from HOA parking. If they are not removed within 45 days they will be towed.
